We’re looking for a Support and Community Product Specialist to help architects and designers get the most out of Rayon. This role combines customer support, product knowledge, and community engagement. You’ll work closely with users across live chat support and social channels, helping solve problems, gathering insights, and building strong relationships with the people using Rayon every day.
This is a hands-on contributor role for someone who enjoys helping others, understands architectural workflows, and communicates clearly and thoughtfully. You should feel comfortable navigating technical questions, understanding how architects work, and representing Rayon in a warm, professional, and approachable way.
You have experience in architecture, interior design, or a related field, and you understand the realities of design workflows and CAD tools. You are a self-motivated professional who enjoys helping people, explaining complex topics clearly, and finding practical solutions. You’re patient, organized, and naturally proactive in communication.
You’re also comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities evolve, and collaboration happens across teams. You care about user experience, pay attention to detail, and enjoy being close to both the product and the community around it.
Rayon is building design software for architects and interior designers who want a faster, more collaborative way to work. We believe professional design tools can feel simpler, more connected, and more enjoyable to use.
