In Rayon, we're looking for a Community and Support Product Specialist to help architects and interior designers across the Americas get the most out of Rayon. This role combines customer support, product knowledge, community engagement, and content. You'll work closely with users through live chat support and social channels. You'll help solve problems, gather insights, and build strong relationships with the people using Rayon every day.
We're about to open support to a much wider audience. You'll join at a key moment and have a direct impact on how quickly and thoughtfully we respond to users in American time zones.
This is a hands-on contributor role for someone who enjoys helping others, understands architecture and interior design workflows, and communicates clearly and thoughtfully. You should feel comfortable handling technical questions and understand how designers really work. You'll represent Rayon in a warm, professional, and approachable way.
You have experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field, and you understand the realities of design workflows and CAD tools. You know the software landscape well, including SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, and Vectorworks, and you can explain how different tools fit different needs. You're a self-motivated professional who enjoys helping people, explaining complex topics clearly, and finding practical solutions. You're patient, organized, and naturally proactive in communication.
You enjoy creating content and bringing a community to life, and you have examples to show for it. You're comfortable working in a fast-moving startup where priorities evolve and collaboration happens across teams. You care about user experience, pay attention to detail, and see support as a craft worth building, not a stop on the way to something else.
